My TO do's for may:
To complete the 28 day bootcamp on Sparkpeople.
To attend 15 bootcamp classes.
To get my Mom to the gym with me 2 times a week.
To track my food at least Monday through Friday.
Travel to 3 new cities.

3 out of 5: Haircut and color
2 out of 5: Pedicure
1 out of 5: A day to myself
Back in the game! Hopefully I can get back on track to losing inches of fat and gaining muscle. My current measurements are:
19.5 left thigh
20 right thigh
(weird, I know)
10.5 for both arms
I'm excited to see how things improve the harder I work!
I know that working out with my mom is going to be a challenge. We don't see eye to eye very often. She asked me for my help, and I am going to do the best that I can to stay positive and motivated to help her, and help me as well. I also signed up for 8 weeks of unlimited bootcamp sessions at this program downtown. I'm going to try and go there 3 times a week after work. The session is half an hour, so I really have no excuse. I could even go in the morning if I could get my lazy butt out of bed. I just love sleep so much, and can be so convincing that I don't need to get up and work out. It would just be so beneficial to have the workout done in the morning before I start my day and make up more excuses not to work out. It's stupid because I really do enjoy exercising and the benefits it brings my life. Im not sure what is holding me back from making this a natural step in my routine, like brushing my teeth.
Well, here's to May and the lessons it will bring!
