You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind. Author Unknown
This gave me thought of my roots. Grampa and Gramma were farmers. He farmed the 100+ acres, raised dairy cattle so he had the fertilizer to spread on the fields, and walked the rows to hoe the "tisles", as he called them and Gramma did all the household duties while minding 300 chickens. A busy and much harder life than nowdays. A life that was hands on...their hands. The chores didn't get done thinking about them.
We MUST add more activity to our lives to get the pounds off and to be more fit.
Have a blessed Sunday. That also brings a happy and special memory, Sunday school at the First Presbyterian Church. Miss you guys!
