Goals for the week April 29th-May 6th

Today is stops.
Today I stop hating myself for effing up.
Today I will set new goals and I will follow through with them because I am worth the struggle.
1. I WILL stay within my calorie range
2. I WILL get at least 3 miles on the treadmill at home everyday.
3. I WILL go to the gym at least 3 times this week.
4. I WILL log on to Spark everyday.
5. I WILL track all of my food.
6. I WILL stay off the scale until next Sunday.
There you go. This is my short simple plan for this week and it is going to work.
