Here's the plan:
Get my 8 glasses in today.
Kickboxing video (I joined the Spring challenge)
Run/Walk on the treadmill (As much as I would love to do this outside - we are getting rain/thunderstorms today)
Grilled chicken, wheat thins for lunch
Quinoa bites, brownie for supper
and popcorn for snacks
7-8 hours tonight
No loss - no gain this week. Time to get serious about this.
This is how long the challenge is...let's see what the measurments say at the end.
