Here's the plan:

emoticon Kickboxing video (I joined the Spring challenge)
emoticon Run/Walk on the treadmill (As much as I would love to do this outside - we are getting rain/thunderstorms today)
emoticon emoticon emoticon For Breakfast
emoticon emoticon Grilled chicken, wheat thins for lunch
emoticon emoticon emoticon Quinoa bites, brownie for supper
emoticon and popcorn for snacks
emoticon 7-8 hours tonight

No loss - no gain this week. Time to get serious about this.


This is how long the challenge is...let's see what the measurments say at the end.
