Second day of logging in and tracking my food.

First day calories and percentages were right on track. Yesterday I was over on calories. I will use this first week as a measure of where I am now and a guide for where I need to make changes.

    Good idea, I like your plan. Definitely don't stress about the calories this week, and take your time as you do start to take note of them. You can always work on other healthy habits first, such as getting enough water, fruits and veggies, protein and fibre to keep you satisfied, and both cardio and strength training to get your metabolism moving. By the time you decide to get your calories into range, you'll have been tracking for long enough and have made enough little dietary upgrades that you'll be closer anyway! And those healthy habits matter so much.
