Let the fun start again

So I have taken three days of rest to try and get rid of some of the pains I have been having, mostly in piriformis and lower abdomen. Tomorrow I start hitting it hard again and hopefully remain relatively pain free. Plan is:

Mon - strength, yoga, run
Tues - Spin, pushups, swim
Wed - strength, yoga, run
Thurs - Spin, pushups, swim
Fri - strength, yoga, run
Sat - pushups
Sun - trail run

    I hope that you are able to stay pain free MorroBayChuck! Have a great trail run! I will be hiking Mt. Monadnock in search of the hidden Pumpelly Cave.
