well i have tried many times to loos weight. i am determined to make this the last time. i feel i am really getting unhealthy.

i lost a good amount of weight a few times in my life and loved the fit felling. i have no idea how its so easy for some people to just be inshape and i envy them lol but its time i get inshape to be able to live the life i desire and not feel so beat doing it.

The key for me has been not dieting to lose weight - then I just stop dieting and pack on the pounds again! I had to change my lifestyle, and find a lifestyle change that once implemented had the side effect of weight loss.....

You'll find what works for you!!!!!
