Today I made up my mind that I would give myself a motivation to lose the first ten lbs. That motivation is by May 26th, 2012 I will lose 10 lbs and if I should complete this task on my birthday and get down to 194 lbs. My husband has to do anything I want to for one full day no questions asked.
My husband agreed to it and signed the paper the agreement is on.
So here is my challenge help keep me accountable.
