I'm on the wagon, I'm off the wagon. Right now I'm off the wagon big time. I'm overeating, eating junk, and haven't been to the gym in 2 months. No more! Meals have been planned and groceries bought, tomorrow I go to the gym. Monday I will actually take a lunch break & walk, it'll be good for me and make me more productive.

I've got the summer off from school, I will use it to establish good habits! I may be smaller than I once was but I'm far from happy with the way I am!

    Sounds like you are ready for some big changes. If you don't already.. I highly suggest tracking your foods on the nutrition tracker. EVERYTHING you put in your mouth should be tracked. Measure your food so you can track it. It makes a BIG difference on how much you eat and makes you more aware of all the calories and nutrients that are going into your body so you can make better choices for yourself. I still eat snacks every now and then but have been able to lose weight these last couple weeks because I am watching everything I take in (food and drinks.) Good Luck! You can do this!

    Getting started is the most difficult thing, in my opinion. It sounds like you are on your way. You can do it!
