Almost one week in!!!!

I am at the end of ((WEEK ONE)). Amazingly I am very suprised of how well I am doing. I do see things I can change, but I am doing better then I ever have before. I need to start eating healthier food... No money don't help that part at all, but once I do go grocery shopping I will pick better foods for the month! I still feel like I have no energy, which blows as far as working out. I'm sure it will come out okay though. I am trying to find different ways to make the right changes. I am going to start taking daily vitamins, keep drinking tons of water, keep tracking all my food, even the one's I don't want to remember, and I will also make a way to start being more active!

I have never even gotten this far in a diet or Life change! I have to say I am very proud of myself! Also finally my wonderful fiance is understanding why I am doing this and supporting in the best way's he knows how to.... We even made a deal every night he will play a mission of HALO 2 on the original XBOX, while I'm doing any kind of exercise, I tried it last night and I got a good 20 minutes in, tons of stretches (my body really needed it), 50 crunches (ouch), and many other moves that I could come up with to feel the burn! Then we got to spend some time together playing it together! lol! Thanks Babe for being there for me! ♥

So here's to my whole life Journey, all the ups and downs, tears and smiles, one day at a time we can all get through this!

    Thanks so much, yes I am very proud of him for finally supporting me, He is also struggling with it to, you know saying its okay one bite won't hurt, I am always saying yes it will because then I have to log in with my other foods, I know I will regret it. I am working on figuring out my next week of goals, so far I am just sticking with what I have maybe for one more week so I can feel strong enough to keep moving forward. I know from the past if I jump in to things to fast I will just fail and give up. So slowly changing my life is my last chance for success, I don't want to fail myself again!

  that's awesome that your partner is on board with you. And that you are almost through week one of the beginning of your new life :)

What are the goals/small changes for the next week to keep up the change and motivation?

    It is a huge help when you have your SO on board with it. My husband was kind of unsupportive in the past with my weight loss efforts but has been a HUGE part of my support system this time around. I am going to have to admit. Tracking calories and the support of others on this site has been the biggest part of me staying on track though. Hope you can keep your motivation to lose the weight you have planned. You can do it!
