Goals for BLC 19
I would like to finish the BLC 19 under the weight I was when I completed my Marathon in January - under 153. This means I have 10 pounds to lose in 12 weeks.
I would like to be in a size 8 pant comfortably.
I would like to have at least 2 more races scheduled for this year.
I want to be averaging Strength Training, 3 x a week.
I want to be back on Spark, being a motivating person!
All of these goals are attainable. I'm feeling the Sparking Spirit again, and am going to work hard on these goals. In 12 weeks I will share how I did on these and on my starting measurements:
