But not really. I did my strength training today but the Hubby is going to drive me to and fro from work. So its kind of a rest. I feel good about it. I will be walking in tomorrow though.
Ive been doing really well with the eating. Saying no to treats/crap at the office is getting easier. Thursday I said NO to giant chocolate chip cookies (honestly, they didnt look that good, my home made cookies are much better) and Friday I said NO to a turkey panini. Now THAT did look yummers.
Im sore and tired in a good way, Ive been sleeping much better without having to take a pill.
