The following is my plan for the next 12 weeks:

By May 27 I plan to lose 10 lbs. following (to the best of my ability), the 17-day diet. On May 27, I will fly away to Cancun with my boyfriend and plan to have a relaxing 6 nights. I am hoping to keep my eating under control - I have a weakness for coconut ice cream - hopefully, they will not have it or only have it one day. I don't drink much alcohol so any drinks I have will be virgin - I'm taking my own water bottle so I can monitor my water intake - shooting for at least 64 ozs/day.

After returning on June 2, I plan to walk almost every day, keep up with my eating plan and water. I plan on losing another 10 lbs. by July 8. On July 8 I will fly to Portland, Maine for my surprise 60th birthday gift from my boyfriend (no longer a surprise). I plan on eating a few large lobsters and a few hundred steamer clams. I will try to keep up with the water and will do some walking (sight seeing).

After returning on July 11, I will stick to my 17-day diet until the end of Round 19 of the BLC. My 60th surprise birthday party is July 22 and I'm planning to be slim and lovely!

Oh! One more thing - did I mention that I was going to a nude resort in Cancun??? I MUST lose that 10 lbs!
