The Firm Super Body Sculpt - Need 5 Friends

I need a friend. Actually, I need just 5 friends and I am determined to find you.

We all know it's not easy sometimes to fit in the workouts we know we need to get the bodies we want. Here's what I'm looking for.

I have The Firm Super Body Sculpt that I purchased back in 2005. I remember when I first purchased the set I thought it was the best workout in the world. Truth is, ANY workout is the best workout in the world IF YOU DO IT.

Is there anyone out there who has the workout and would like to team up with me and STAY ACCOUNTABLE a minimum of 5 days a week for one month? I'm talking naked, bare accountability. I don't mind posting a before picture of me just the way I am and then an after pic 30 days after out workout.

Truth is, maybe I shouldn't need to pair up with you in order to get the results I desire. But I, like many of us, slip up when I have no one to be accountable to, and today, I've decided to take the bull by the horns (or maybe my abs by the horns) and get crackin'.

Join me if you'd like. I will communicate with each and every one of you who goes through this with me every single day for one full month.

    Hi Patricia,

I don't see the name of the team at that link. What is the team called?

I will probably start my 30 day challenge next Saturday, because I am currently home sick today. :) Should be better by Saturday.

My goal will be to do SOME sort of exercise every day. Either strength training or cardio.

    Thanks, Joette! That sounds like a terrific idea. I'm more used to LinkedIn and Facebook for business purposes. So I knew there was an equivalent group/team thing here. That'll work.

    I think this is wonderful you are doing this together. I would like to suggest for ease in communicating, give it some thought to creating a team for it. Make it private if you want... Or leave it public and see where it goes from there. You may be on to something that could grow. :)

    Well, I'm in the middle of a margarita so how about tomorrow morning? Seriously. And if you need some real-life support I'm on Skype pnixon-nj. I've got my DVD right next to me.

Now what are we doing? The whole 40 minutes every time or do you wanna break it up into upper body, lower body and abs?

Just for kicks I just did the upper body to remind me what it was about. It was quick. We can do this.

    I don't even know. Maybe make a SparkPeople Blog for the 30-day challenge? We know the bottom line is to MOVE and I hardly think it makes a difference which DVD or program we follow as long as we make it a habit. I don't need to buy one more new thing; just get to moving.

Right now commenting on each other's page sounds cool, but it'll become a pain if we get a couple more people involved.

Dammit, we're gonna figure it out! Whaddya think?
