WEIGHT: 2-3 lbs per week Back down to 221 The 28th will be a caffeine and H2O fast day for me: Ice water and Oolong Tea. emoticon

EXERCISE: 25-40 minutes a day. This has to be INTENTIONAL Did 25 min. on the 26th and 30 min. on the 27th. Mostly YOGA and walking. emoticon

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE: Take time each day to just be still and enjoy the silence. Meditate on the simple. The mandated tests are O-VAH!! We have 47 teachers in the building and I feel very comfortable in stating that at LEAST 40 of them went to the greasy pizza joint and quaffed several pitchers of cold cereal, malt beverages. Yes, that is a 'spiritual' exercise. emoticon

MENTAL EXERCISE: read at least 3 SP motivational articles a week. Last night I went back and re-read some of my favorite SP articles from several years ago that I have listed on my Favorites page. Still great reading! emoticon

Reflection: Sorry I missed the last two postings, folks. But, for most faculty preparing, setting up, training, and administering state mandated tests, especially if you have more than one testing subject, does totally get to you in the way of all sort of stress. I would just go home eat, shower, watch some TV, read, then sink into sleep in bed, usually by 8pm.
Saturday I finally get to start putting in my gardens.
