I just walked 30 minutes on the treadmill! This is a huge accomplishment. With my knees, the most I have ever been able to do before has been about 12 minutes.
I was feeling sort of bummed when I realized how many calories were in my breakfast (pancakes from a mix - about twice as many calories than if we had made them from scratch). I decided moping about it wasn't productive. The I remembered that my husband had set up the treadmill for me. I figured ten minutes on the treadmill would make me feel better than moping. Before I knew it, ten became twenty and twenty became thirty!
