I think this is a chinese proverb i don't know but it makes since to me ! OTHER WISE NEVER NEVER GIVE UP ! I been thinking about some of the unwise food choices i made this week ! They were ok for most people but not for me . I need to make all my calories nutrituional wise because empty calories add up when you are eating 1200 calories aday . So this week if we visit Mc Donalds i will have their fruit parfait at 170 calories instead of the hot fudge sundae at 370 calories ! emoticon I won't lie tho i would rather have the hot fudge sundae and if you are craving something like that at least mcdonalds has a small one and you know how many calories you are eating ! emoticon I got 2 more weeks for the spring challenge and i want to give it my ALL ! RUNNING FULL POWER TO THE FINISH LINE ! PLEASE PRAY WITH ME AND FOR ME ! THE LORD ANSWERED MY PRAYER YESTERDAY AND GAVE ME STRENGTH AND I KNOW I CAN DO MY BEST ! NEVER GIVE UP KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MY FRIENDS AND IF YOU ARE HAVING A ROUGH DAY HUDDLE IT ON THE TEAM SO WE CAN FOCUS ON PRAYING EXTRA FOR YOU ! WE ALL GET THERE SOMETIMES AND THAT'S WHAT THE TEAM IS ABOUT ! GOD BLESS YOU AND GIVE YOU A GREAT WEEKEND ! emoticon emoticon PS. I WEIGH 156.2 WHICH IS A .8 LOSS THIS WEEK! emoticonI THANK THE LORD ! emoticon emoticon

You seem to be on the right track. That is the good thing about counting calories, I am more inclined to make more nutritious use of my calorie allowance. You are going well, keep it up.

Congrats on the .8 loss! I like to call that a pound loss!

Yes I need to make better food choices also. Last Sunday was my sons's birthday so for the past week that birthday cake has been in the refridgerator and needless to say calling my name emoticon Many times I gave in and had some..little pieces but still I had it! Well it's almost gone and I think it is finally out of my system. I look at it and don't want any! emoticon It's over.

:) I like that proverb. I wish I would have remembered that yesterday. I was having a particularly rough day and there was a huge part of me that felt like giving up, but we can't give up we just can't!
It's good that you refelcted on your choices. You can always make better choices and the parfait is a good replacement for the sundae.

Paying with and for you!
As for the Spring challenge, you can do it! emoticon emoticon emoticon
