Yesterday, I attempted to start this program but lost all will at night. It's really hard to start this program right when I am in the process of moving. It means all my stuff to work out is either packed or sold. I don't know where we will be living so who knows if I will have access to a gym. I still have two more shifts to go. HOWEVER, its time for my thinking to change. This is something I want! My body is worn out from carrying the extra weight. I have been successful at this in my past even with homework that kept me up all night! And frankly, better self-esteem equates into more job offers. So its not that I want to do this program. But that HAVE to do this program. And I know that sparkspeople like us to start with small goals that grow into something bigger.
So here it goes my first two week goals
At least one serving of fruit and veggies each day... the more the better.
Walk 10-15 minutes a day (on the days I don't work)
Limit wine to one glass if at all.
Stop eating anything by 7pm
Track my foods daily.
Blog my experiences 3 times a week.
