well my weight watchers diet is going well. lost a couple more of pounds this past week. now i'm at 162 lbs. without shoes and clothes on. i hope i've lost some inches too. i've been doing a lot of exercising including cleaning. anyways been working out at curves, and walking too for 15 - 20 minutes twice or more a week. i can tell the difference in my belly. also been doing situps after my workout. that is all for now.
