I did it!

Woo Hoo, I did it! I tracked 12123 steps yesterday with my FitBit. I broke the 12000 steps. When I started out on my virtual walk challenge, I had a goal of a minimum of 6000 steps a day, increased to 8000, then 10,000. When I found that I was making just over the 10,000 steps a day, I reset my goal to 12,000 steps a day. I did it! The great really wasn't that hard. Being at home and not at work, probably had a lot to do with it, as I wasn't sitting at a desk working all day. I will have to see how easy it is to reach that goal daily once I'm back at work. In the meantime...I'm going to keep this body moving.

My positives:

Being able to obtain a much easier than manually counting my steps and a great motivator.
Having virtual walking partners. Thank you for joining with me and helping to keep me motivated.
The promise of a sunny day today.
Garry has today off work and we can spend some time together.
Some great sales at the grocery store yesterday enabled me to stock up on some items at a great price.
The snow is pretty much all gone.
Enjoyed a walk outdoors yesterday. It was pretty cold, so not a long walk, but a walk outdoors anyway.
Blessed with friends, family, love and life.

    Woo hoo on all those steps. GD is in the hospital went in some time this morning, around 2 or 3 this afternoon Cecilia still had not made an appearance, I am waiting to here from one of my DD's as to what's going on as they went up to the hospital, I was walking with Margaret and my cell phone was in my purse in a locker so I didn't get the message that they wanted me to go with them to the hospital, I sure hope she's been born by now. Youngest DD is on her way to Florida. Enjoy your time off.
