I got it back- my eye is on the prize and I am back on track! So after some horrible stress eating during a week with little exercise the scale has moved in the upward direction
. Am I surprised?
No, I did it but if I can move it up then I can make it move back down
Yesterday was a good food day for me at 1350 calories and I am back to tracking my food before I eat. Also I need to plan my workouts for next week. Today zumba is cancelled and I have to get my paper done. I do plan on breaking to get some strength training done and maybe some cardio breaks to help with stress. Nothing like 1 miniute of jumping jacks to make you feel better
