Back on track! Carb withdrawl...

Today is first day BACK ON TRACK! all healthy low carb primal food!

I'm STARVING!!!! I've stuffed my face with protein and fat, and I'm having withdrawals so bad that I'm STARVING!

Trying to keep my brain off of food... not working very well. Sugar is calling my name... *argh* I didn't have this big of an issue when I first decided to drop em! DAMMIT!

    I can TOTALLY relate to what you're going through. Carbs are my thing and a meal without them leaves me feeling like I'm missing something. Keep drinking lots of water, eventually the craving should lessen. emoticon

    Went for a walk with hubby and the dog. Ended up walking further than I had planned, but it was a GOOD walk. Dog is happy. I've been drinking lots of water~ LOTS of water!!!
    Reminds me, need to re-fill my water (I drink from quart jars!)

    I'm getting through. I refuse to fail. The last few weeks have been BAD BAD BAD~ I refuse to let my eating and emotions make me a prisoner.

    Keep hydrated....carry a water bottle and keep drinking, take a walk with a friend, keep going you will be happy you did......take it minute by minute and get through.
