To achieve my goals for BLC-19 I will do the following:

1. Add a motivational quote to my signature (to by done by end of day tomorrow - Saturday). I will review it every week and decide whether to replace it.
2. Track my food. This was key to my best success four years ago, and I have definitely strayed. Because I frequently do not prepare my own food, I don't always know exactly I what I am eating and how much. But that is not an excuse; I can guess.
3. I will post to the Pixie team thread at least once a day and address at least one Pixie personally. I will waive this only if it is absolutely impossible to post. Otherwise, even a short post will have to do.
4. Keep my BLC streak alive (minimum of 20 minutes of exercise per day, 6 days/week). Of course I strive for about 45 minutes a day, 7 days/week, but some days it just may not happen.

Tomorrow I will participate in my first 5K ever, thus fulfilling a goal to do a 5K before my next birthday. I do not expect to have a great showing, and depending on the makeup of the field, I could finish in last place. I normally walk my 5Ks and have not had the opportunity to train to run this one. But I have decided that it is better to do this rather than just talk about doing it. If the results aren't great, it sets the stage for improvement next time!!!
