but not quite. Just when I'm ready to wrap up my day and get ready for the 18-19 hour drive ahead of me this weekend, I found myself thinking - forget trying to track, I need to get ready and I need some sleep. But due to trying to earn just Baby Steps, I went to do my "one" set of exercises and did the full six sets that I have scheduled for core exercises. I wasn't concerned with my walking, but I still managed to walk and track two miles - which is way better than none!
So, even when we think we're too busy, we can still make great positive change. I also ate lots of veggies - made veggie soup and cheesey rice vegetable casserole. A great day, really! Sometimes when we're tired, it's more difficult to see our progress, even if we're making it! :) Setting those good and healthy habits really helps, too!
