This round, I will lose 15 pounds in the following manner:
1. I shall plan menus weekly, shopping for all of the necessary ingredients each weekend.
2. I shall track food at least 6/7 days, staying within my point range.
3. Set and meet my weekly fitness goal in minutes as stated on my tracker page.
4. Post to the Pixies 6/7, even if I an unable to personally respond to a specific post every day.
5. Weigh in on Wednesdays, with a weekend sneak peek to adjust habits if necessary.
6. Drink no more than two alcoholic beverages per day, even on the weekends (which is when no more than two is sometimes a challenge).
