Hey y'all. I am grateful for the support about my last blog entry. I was having a really rough time, and I happen to wear my emotions on my sleeve. Once again, thank you for all the love.

On a brighter note, I have been running more consistently. For example I just ran 3 miles in 28 minutes. Yes, I am pretty excited about that. I couldn't follow my previous workout plan, so I invented my own and its pretty complicated. All I do is run when I feel like it, walk when I don't, and if I am really feeling bad, leave after 10 minutes. I have only left early once, but I still did 2.5 miles. I passed my oral today, so 1 part down, three to go.

I think I am getting a better handle on the homesickness with this running. I know people who are in their 30's that's going back home to friends and family. I know my family is going to a bike rally this weekend, and my friends are providing rescue services for a bio hunt for a group of scientists. I would like to be there frying my brains out in the sun with them. But, I do realize that I am 2000 miles away for a reason, and I just have to keep trucking. I just want to be able to hang out in the summer.
