Number 1 goal for May, not be so absent on spark. I have been active and eating well and all that just haven't been on Spark as much so I am going to be better about logging this month.
Number 2 get more serious about my training, while I am active and keeping fit I need to get more training in.
Number 3 I would like to lose about 8-10lbs this month that's a monthly goal until I reach my GW.
Number 4 be more inspiring to others. I think paying it forward is part of this journey.
