up another pound

Except for last Saturday I was right around 1200 calories everyday. Why I went up instead of down I do not know. Not too bothered by it, I got my outfit for graduation and feel I look okay. I think at the rate I am going it might take a couple of years to get into the 140's. I am just enjoying my life and trying not to worry about anything. That is easier said than done, but I am determined to do it.

    i dont know either, i just posted a blog about my frustration and anger over my scale
i have worked my butt off and yet my butt just keeps getting bigger and any pound that i "lose" apparently i really didnt lose at all, i dont know, i am going to buy a new scale and if that one does this, then im done, i will be the 900 lb lady on maury povich who hasnt been off the couch in 3 years!!!

    Regardless, you are still beautiful, and I know you will look great for graduation!! I want pictures!!

You're still eating clean, right? Did you have anything high in sodium yesterday? That sometimes gets in my way. A day of making sure to drink more than my 8 glasses usually does the trick. Whatever it is, I'm sure it will be gone soon. Hang in there, and just NEVER GIVE UP!!

    The scale can be evil like that. Could be something simple as you're extra hydrated (of course dont stop drinking water so you see it go down - that's bad!). I find sometimes that the day after I work out really hard i weigh a bit more which is always frustrating but usually the 2nd day I see it go back down. I realize I shouldn't weigh myself every day but it's hard not to just do a little check in the mornings.

You are at my first goal weight. Flaunt it!
