YEAH, YEAH, YEAH.....SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW?
Monday I started out on an enthusiastic note to start my
FULL SPEED AHEAD....
I'M GOING TO STICK TO ONLY LOW CARB... PLAN
And my inner child went on an almond binge.
When you are in that mode...you never remember that
It takes the brain 20 minutes to get to SATISFIED....
If your hand to mouth reflexes are good....
it is truly amazing how many crunchy little nuggets you can devour.
This morning the scale reminded me of my faux pas (no progress)
BUT yesterday I stayed on track ...
this time paying as much attention to portions as to selections.
Live and learn...again and again.
Note to Self:
If you are going to go off the deep end...
go for fresh fruit AND a piece of cheese.
keep a few hard boiled eggs for standby emergency snacks.
