I read this on SP daily blog today and it's worth remembering. It was written by SP member, Beth Donovan who lost 200! pounds so far.

- small step behavior changes (even one a week) will get you further down the road to your goals
- "It isn't about losing weight to become the person you want to be;
it's becoming the person you want to be to lose weight. "

Wise words from someone worth listening to and learning from. I'm still digesting this.
It will take a while to get this into my head and heart for good. But it's worth the effort and so am I.
