The last few days have been hectic. But now I need to settle down and get back to work. I'm well-rested, being somewhat active, but need to work on the nutrition and stress. Both of the latter can be addressed with planning. The nutrition through meal planning, The stress needs to be addressed through relaxation, exercise and stop worrying.
