I am new at making a blog, but I thought I would try I am thinking about making like a journal to help keep me accountable for my daily progress in my weight loss I may do more blogs during the day or I may only do just one but I will try to do this sometime during the day. So here is the start of my day today.
I have taking my morning meds with a glass of water, getting ready to have some breakfast, checking facebook and email, then I am going to pick up the front room, a small snack of granola, and check facebook and email again. and work on making the shopping list for the week. Now after all this I will see how I feel and I may do more.
