I still can't believe for breakfast I could eat
1 cup of cereal and
1 cup of 2% milk and still be hungry or...
1 bowl of oatmeal 130 cal
1 egg fried in
.5 pat of butter
2 cups of watermelon
I am really loving eating "cleaner", everything tastes really good.
I am starting to be able to taste flavors better, so I need less salt and stuff.
cooked onions and other foods that did not used to, taste so sweet
I really am loving the flavors of all these foods
