Dukan Day 5

Good morning! I feel hungover from my migraine medicine, but the scale made me jump for joy!
Morning weight: 190.0 (down 1.8lbs today, 7.0 lbs total).
I still have two more days in Attack Phase, though I haven't been 100% on the whole time. I think my body's starting to adjust. Not feeling as tired, haven't been cranky really ever, and I had tons of energy for softball last night. I am hoping I feel the same way for my double-header tonight!
Breakfast: Dukan Oat Bran Pancake... Coffee!
Lunch: Grilled chicken strips with dijon mustard
Dinner: (very late - bad! - after softball games) Turkey meatloaf dukan with a boiled egg. Too dry! (But the leftovers will still be on the menu for tomorrow :)
Exercise: Double-header of softball! In and out all night with the guys and girls - lots of running again!
