Yesterday was the last day of my 90 day challenge and there is not too much to report. 4 lbs lost, blood sugar under control and went to the gym 52 times (less often than I thought I had).
Going to take a little break now. When hubby and I get back from our trip out West, I will start another challenge, this time to get ready for the 60km walk in September.
