Okay, after several good SparkBuddies answered my last blog, I have reconsidered my stand on caffeine. I will aim for moderation and add tea to my daily schedule, since no power on earth will get me to drink coffee.
Especially informative (and entertaining) was the YouTube video :
The poor woman who died also smoked and had a lot of bad nutrition habits, which must have all had an effect on her health.
That being said, I found another example of what bizarre methods will employ in the quest for health:
Eat healthy, exercise, track your progress, take a reasonable amount of time to reach your goals. It may take longer to get to your goal weight than living on sunshine or ingesting tapeworms, but at least you'll live to enjoy your health!
