A dieting update: maybe going soy-free is good if only to limit how much processed food we eat. I have been enjoying the home made bread that my DH and daughter make together. We check labels on everything we buy at the supermarket, but we do allow deviations when we got out to eat (which isn't often).
I will be honest, I don't know how much I weigh. I noticed that it's been a few months that I've weighed in, and I've been debating on whether I should or not. I'm still in the same pants size, but they do fit differently. I think since I've been eating more fat and working out more (gardening mostly), my body is just moving it around a bit.
I have noticed a lot more muscle definition in my arms.
