BLC19 Challenge #1 ~ Plan it!

On July 18th, I would like to be in a size 12 pant. Right now I am between 16's & 14's.
In order to reach this goal I need to keep focused on my Food and Fitness! Food is 80% of this equation! It's so important in the whole weight loss game. But *I* don't think that it can be done by food alone. I must get my fitness in too! I need to keep active! (It feels good)
So here's my Plan:
~Keep my calories within my range 1250-1550 per day.
~Track my food daily.
~Eat clean. Proteins, the darkest green veggies, and only healthy carbs.
~Work out 6+ days a week.
~Exercise 450+ minutes per week. I have a Gym that I belong to and go all the time.
~Keep it FUN! I love to play my Just Dance for the Wii and Zumba classes!
~I also have a treadmill and a Suzanne Sommers Body Row at home so there's NO EXCUSES!
So there you have it. I need to stay focused. Stay on track. It's only 12 weeks.
Remember: Never Give Up! Because to Give Up is like giving in, and to Give In, is like quitting, and WINNERS NEVER QUIT!
