Goals For BLC 19

Goals:
1. be in a healthy, not "overweight" BMI by the end of this BLC
2. lose 1 lb. a week i.e.5- 6 lbs. by the 6 week mark and 10 lbs. by the end
5/2- 1
5/9- 2
5/16-3
5/23-4
5/30-5
6/6-6
6/13-7
6/20-8
6/27-9
7/4-10
7/11-11
7/18-12

How:
1. Meet with a trainer 2x a week and follow his prescribed plan on the off days.
2. Track every bite on Sparks and stay within recommended calorie range.
3. incorporating strength/sculpting routine 2-3x a week
4. doing HIIT cardio workouts 2-3x a week
5 .limit sugar and white flour intake; stay accountable w/ 21habit.com
6. two daily 1 mile walks in addition to regular exercise--one a.m. and one p.m.

    Love the photo! It's beautiful -- and a good reminder to me to practice my balance.

I find HIIT workouts really great. That's cool that you have a trainer -- it'll be interesting to learn what recommendations you're given for your off days.

    Very planned out and attainable goals! I like how you spaced out your exercise. I admire the limiting your white flour and sugar. I don't eat a lot of white flour but I guess I consume more sugar than I thought......you gave me something to think about.
