I am finally getting back where I was !!

I have been doing so much better with food. Not eating emotionally and much better ! Exercising more and a little harder. I haven't told this but I gained some of the weight I lost with bad eating. Being depressed since ham string made it hard to exercise . So things are much better now and I finally feel like I am getting back to we're I was. Going to take time but I know I will do this and keep the weight off. I think positive and don't think about about weight. Nummbers don't matter it's how I feel and how good my clothes fit. I try not to over think things either cause for Meccan make things harder. So I am on my way and I am so happy !!!!

    We all fall off track from time to time. Remember this is a journey. Whenever we have a bad moment, day, week or month, we just need to dust ourselves off, get back up and keep moving forward. That is half the battle. I am so glad you are back on your way. You CAN do this my friend!!

    Hi Geri,
    I am sorry to hear that you were going though a depression. I know how that feels seeing I have fought it since 1990 after all of my surgery's. I have been on a antidepressant since mid 1990. Exercise does help it's hard when you are unable to .
    I am so happy that you are fighting your emotionally eating habits. I f any one can do it you can you are a strong women seeing where you began and where you are now.
    You will make your goal.
