Day 8 - Keeping it up!

Lost track of days! Choosing healthier options almost 2nd nature - and not missing the vino at all! Had one glass in celebration of parents' anniversary on Saturday (day 13)...other than that pretty much staying on track - avoiding chips & sweets. Discovered milk bars yum! Satisfies my craving for sweets w/ protein and calcium!
