trying to do better

I have been walking at least every other day at least 15 min. saturday 15 min, sunday 17 min (1 mile) and today 27 min (1.4 miles).... im hoping to walk at least every other day and work out the other days or at least some kind of physical activity....yesterday i rode a bike(THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS) with my son in the back(WORK OUT).... i actually went more then 10 feet and still hadnt ran outta breathe. i think i went 2 or 3 blocks....
