Since the BF and I moved in our new flat, I have been vigorously experimenting with the new oven, the bigger stove and the "new" (old) kitchen machine I got again.
For the Easter holidays, I made some cookies for the neighbors who helped us moving in and for our families to send with the Easter packages:
Some had a white chocolate topping, some a dark chocolate topping. The little carrots on some cookies are made of marzipan and the white stuff is grated coconut. In all of them are shredded carrots, for the extra Easter-taste! The BF was heroic enough to taste all of them before they were packed and sent to the families. I only had three *flex*
Talking about the kitchen machine, this is the baby (or should I rather say grandmother?):
I can now make smoothies way more easily! Hooray! *cheers*
So I made my very favorite smoothie today: Berry - Chocolate - Cinnamon - Protein Powder - Mix
At first you need (frozen) berries. Oh right, I now finally have a freezer. I can freeze stuff and keep frozen stuff, how awesome the small things can be, eh? :D
Then you add some milk and some chocolate flavored protein powder:
Insert banana, cut in pieces with your sword. Wait. No. Just cut in pieces, no sword needed. (Although it would make the smoothie 42% more epic, just saying):
Begin to stir, then pause and add cinnamon and water:
Last Step: Drink!
(Ok, the straw looks silly. Maybe drink it without a straw. :/ )
