After quite a lot of mucking about, followed by some concerted effort, I seem to have reached a new number on my scale. And this isn't the kind of number that changes depending where in the bathroom I place the scale. Still a long way to go, but I'm heading in the right direction.
Further on the good news front I had an almost unprecedented 7 hours' sleep last night. It would be the extra Zumba perhaps?
Gee, this sleep, relax, exercise, eat right stuff works! Who knew?
