I am sick as all get out - didn't work out yesterday or today. Pounding headache and coughing up goo. Stepped on the scale and lost 3lbs! Of course, the only thing I'm able to do is drink so that helps. Hope I feel better tomorrow, I need to get back into my routine.
My first goal is to be 200 by Mother's Day and I think I can do that. I am trying the DASH diet and it seems to be working out well for me.
