Thoughts for Thursday: Change on the brain...

Thursday, April 26, 2012

(not sure how well this will come up... but a bigger image is available here:

"Changing habits that are harming you in mind, body, and spirit requires tenacity—for you’ll face many trials and errors along the way. So turn away from the notion that this is a test of your worth, your sanity, or your strength. And instead, look with eager eyes at your desire to improve the quality of your life, the level of your happiness, and the goodness you put into the world." ~ Sandra Kring

There's lots rumbling in my mind, and my heart and my life right now... sort of like the early warning tremors of a massive earthquake or volcano erruption.

Basically all signs are pointing to change that IS gonna happen in my life, and I can go along with it, or it will drag me kicking and screaming... my choice, and I'm still not sure how it's gonna go down. LOL!

There's a whole lot more to it that I'll go into futher, but it's pretty much the answer to the question that I've posed to the PTB a while back: What's it gonna take? I mean, we all want some sort of change to happen, or at least we want the results of that change in our life... but what will it take to make that change happen? Not just to move from point A to point B, but to work through the _process_ that moves you, even if it's a ziggy-zaggy-wibbly-wobbily path from A to Z?

Yeah... still working on that but I've got a few ideas... but in the mean time, working on using eager eyes, instead of cranky, bratty ones.

How about you? Feeling any big stuff building in your life?

Yes, sometimes the way to go is to roll with the punches. Not easy. Good luck to you!

I don't know if there's a time there's not some change brewing... Getting used to change being the constant - at least for now. How about progress? Right now I can see some of that. Good change.

@Ren - LOL! No... not that at all, though it always helps spur a "decluttering and cleaning fest" :)
