So I need to rearrange my work out tonight because I sleep in this morning rather then getting up and doing Power Cardio and Resistance this morning. I stayed up way to late watching Revenge (love that show!) and hit snooze rather then hit the play button!
So tonight I am going to do the following:
Have Insanity set up on laptop and Chalean's Burn Intervals up on the DVD and start with Insanity warm up and stretch. I am then going to do the weight portion of Burn Intervals and when the cardio portion starts do a circuit of Insanity till finished! Oh boy this way be hard! It will hopefully pay off for my weigh in tomorrow morning!
Speaking of Revenge Emily VanCamp is inspiring to me. I find her figure very healthy. I have like her poise in every show she has been on! I miss Brothers and Sisters!
