Staying On Track

I fell last week while attending a bootcamp . I injured my knee at the time, but I continued to work out. The next day I attended a zumba class because, I did not want to lose sight of my goal.
Well, for the last four days I have not done any type of exercise trying to take care of leg. It appears that I have pulled a muscle or two. I fell the need to exercise. I plan to go to zumba class and try to see what I can handle. TOOOOOO Scared to stop.
