I know we're only half way through the week, but I'm so proud of myself! I haven't had any form of soda pop in 3 days, I have used my Wii Fit for at least 20 minutes a day, today I've already spent 25 minutes on it, and I haven't even done all the things I need to for the challenge! I have cut back on the time I spend on the computer or watching TV, and only spent about 2 hours on the computer, and maybe 2 hours watching TV. The TV viewing I did while I was folding laundry and putting it on hangers, but other than that I stayed on my feet and kept busy!
I noticed this morning that I feel more motivated, I don't seem to feel as tired around 10am as I have in the past! To make things even better, the Wii fit says that I have lost 2 pounds since Monday. I'm sure that my clothing is playing a big part in that, but it makes me feel good! I can only hope that my weigh in on Monday will show that I have lost a little bit!
I have a long way to go with myself, but I feel like there is an end to this cycle and I am finally working at getting there, rather than sitting waiting on some miracle to happen! Well, my dryer is done, time to get off this thing, back to my morning chores! Don't want to ruin everything already!
