10% Body Fat Lost

On April 1st I said I had not met my goal to loose 10% of my body weight to make my body healthier but I had learned a value lesson.
On April 24th I met my goal and I reached 188 lbs. I'm using all I have learned by reading Spark People, taking my daily Trivia and Quizzes.
I have followed my diet, kept my logs current and increase the exercise....yes keeping my body moving has helped me a great deal, I now park the further I can from the store entrance when I go shopping.....This is a big change for me.
Also if I go out to eat and they don't have healthy meals on their menu, I asked for a grilled chicken breast and steam veggies or a salad with vinaigrette on the side, I do not feel ashamed for doing this and leave there with a great sense of accomplishment.
I'm on my way to a better health and as a gift I'm getting in shape....It's a Beautiful Feeling.
